  • Courtney offers both virtual groups that meet over zoom, or in person groups if you are local to Orlando.

  • A session of Spritz of Connection Groups is 12 weeks long with a weekend retreat at the end of our time together. Participation is required every week in order to fully experience the group.

  • Our groups are divided into 2 sections. In the first half, you will have smaller weekly assignments. In the 2nd half, you will have 2 assignments to complete but will not be presenting every week.
